TDS on Dividend

In accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 2025, dividend income is taxable in the hands of shareholders. Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited is required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on dividend payments to shareholders as per Section 393, of the Income-tax Act, 2025.
