Mr. Chirayu Amin, the Chairman and CEO of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, has played a pivotal role in the growth of the organisation. Mr. Amin has led the Company through the changing needs of modern-day business while keeping the legacy intact. Mr. Amin holds an MBA degree. He holds directorship in Alembic Limited, Paushak Limited, Shreno Limited and Nirayu Limited and trusteeship in the hospital and schools, which are under our charitable trust.

Mr. Pranav Amin, the Managing Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited heads the international business unit of the organisation. After joining the organisation, he took charge as a Managing Director in 2016. A graduate in Economics/Industrial Management from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA and MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, USA. He is a great people leader and steers the organisation through involvement, empowerment and autonomy. He holds directorship in Elecon Engineering Company Limited, Max Healthcare Institute Limited and Shreno Engineering Limited, Incozen Therapeutics Private Limited and is a designated partner in Viramya Packlight LLP.

Mr. Shaunak Amin, the Managing Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited heads the India Branded Business of the organisation. He has graduated from University of Massachusetts, USA with Economics as his specials. He has varied work experience with renowned multinationals including Merril Lynch, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, among others. His extensive experience in Sales and Marketing has benefited our Company. He is the Managing Director in Shreno Limited and hold directorship in Incozen Therapeutics Private Limited. He is a partner in Viramya Packlight LLP and India Realty Excellence Fund II LLP.

Mr. R. K. Baheti, Executive Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, is a Commerce graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with wide and varied experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Management.

Mr. Ashok Barat is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and CPA, Australia. He has held responsible and senior leadership positions in various Indian and multinational organizations, both in India and overseas. He began his career with Hindustan Lever Limited and thereafter in positions of increasing responsibility, with them and amongst others, RPG Group, Pepsi, Electrolux, Telstra and Heinz (now Kraft Heinz). He retired in 2016 as the Managing Director of Forbes & Company Limited. He is a regular speaker at public forums and takes keen interest in mentoring start-ups. Mr. Ashok Barat is a Past President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India and presently, Member, Managing Committee of ASSOCHAM. He is a Certified Mediator empaneled with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He holds directorship in Bata India Ltd, Huhtamaki India Limited, Everest Industries Limited, GE Power India Limited, Aarti Industries Ltd, JSW Paints Limited and Mahindra Accelo Limited and is a partner in Merx Business Advisors LLP.

Mr. Jai Diwanji completed his education from the University of Cambridge (U.K.) with a B.A. in Law degree in the year 1997. In addition to this he also holds a B.S.M. degree from Tulane University (U.S.A.).

Jai Diwanji is an advocate with over 25 years of experience. He is presently a partner at Desai & Diwanji, a full – service Indian law firm. His practice includes advising national and international corporates and other multifarious enterprises in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate law.

He holds directorship in Batliboi Limited, Kaira Can Company Limited, Onward Technologies Limited and Eimco Elecon (India) Limited.

Mr. Manish Kejriwal received an AB (Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Sciences) from Dartmouth College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Major in Economics and Engineering Sciences and where he received the Dean’s Plate. He holds an MBA from Harvard University, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar. Mr. Manish Kejriwal is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kedaara Capital, a private equity firm pursuing control and minority investment opportunities in India. Mr. Manish Kejriwal brings over 30 years of experience in investing, encompassing the full cycle of experiences in private equity across a variety of industries and sectors in private and public companies, and consulting. He is the Co-chair of the CII National Committee on Private Equity and Venture Capital and was also a member of the Alternative Investments Policy Advisory Committee, constituted by the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

He holds directorship in Bajaj Finserv Limited, Bajaj Holdings Investment Limited and K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited (acting as manager to Mindspace business Parks REIT). Ms. Geeta Goradia is the immediate past Chairperson of FICCI Gujarat (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) She is the Former President of FGI (Federation of Gujarat Industries) and the first lady President in 92 years since its inception in 1918. Hailing from the illustrious family of Mahatma Gandhi, she did her B. Com, MA Honors in Industrial Economics and Law from M.S. University, Vadodara. She started her career working in a Bank, then joined corporate entities before taking up teaching Business Economics at M.S. University Vadodara. In 1986 she commenced working as an entrepreneur. The company is a major manufacturer and exporter of Oral Care and Household Hygiene Products. She is currently Managing Director of Jewel Consumer Care Private. Limited. Vadodara – India and acting as a Director in Gujarat State Energy Generation Limited and Jewel Brushes Private Limited. She has been on Several Boards as an Independent Director such as: Panasonic Energy India Co. Ltd, Transpek Industries Ltd., Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd(GSFC), Sabarmati Gas Ltd.(SGL) & Others

She has been the recipient of several awards; to name a few: International Award - IWEC Universal Award – ceremony held in Madrid in Spain , National Award as Women Entrepreneur in plastics, Lifetime Achievement Entrepreneurship National Award in the FMCG sector and many others. She is also on the board of universities and educational institutions. She is a regular speaker at various Forums and National and International Conferences.
