C) National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS)

Primary Health Centre (PHC) plays a vital role in delivering essential healthcare services to the rural population. However, to align with national standards and improve service delivery, it requires support in achieving compliance with the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) laid down by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. To address the quality gaps and enhance patient satisfaction, Alembic CSR Foundation has initiated a structured quality improvement program at PHC Asoj, with the ultimate goal of achieving NQAS certification. This intervention envisions transforming PHC Asoj into a model rural health facility that offers high-quality, patient-centred, and safe healthcare services. The project not only aims for certification but for sustained improvement in public health outcomes.
